Johan Johannesson, also known as "Trailfitmtb", is a professional and committed MTB trainer, physical trainer and mental coach with extensive experience in the cycling world.
With his broad competence in cycling technique, physics and mental training, he helps both beginners and elite cyclists improve their cycling and overcome obstacles on the way to their goals.
When Johan is not sharing his knowledge and experience with cyclists and leaders, he devotes himself to his own training and competes in various disciplines such as XCO, Enduro, Gravel and pump track. With a passion for the sport and a willingness to constantly develop, Johan inspires others to discover their full potential and enjoy the adventures that cycling has to offer."
