Please note that you need to show identification when you pick up your rented bike.

The online booking closes 1 day before the day of the activity. For bookings closer by or questions please contact us at aventyr@isaberg.com or phone 0046 370 339316.

You can cancel up to 72 hours before the validity period starts. We keep 80 SEK in cancellation fee, the remaining amount is refunded.

Safety Package
The Safety Package is insurance for your rental bike. It costs 79 SEK per bike, if you book several days in a row you only need to book the safety package for the first day. The Safety Package covers damage to the bike if you happen to fall and something on the bike breaks. If you have paid the Safety Package, we will cover the parts and repair costs. We recommend the Safety Package, as both bicycles and their components are expensive and unfortunately break easily. If you have not paid the Safety Package, you will have to pay for any damage that occurs and the parts that need to be replaced.
NOTE! The Safety Package does not apply as insurance in the event of theft.
