FAQ - Winter
Here you can read the most common questions we receive regarding the winter season. Please contact us if you cannot find the answer to your question.
When do you open for the season?
We never know exactly when we are able to open for the season because it depends entirely on the weather. As soon as it gets cold enough we start to produce as much artifical snow as possible. We do everything to open the skiing area as early as possible.
For guests who have booked accommodation with us we offer snow guarantee. The snow guarantee means that the ski resort must have at least 2 slopes open on the day of your arrival (22 Dec 2024 - 23 March 2025).
If the ski resort does not have this, you have the possibility to cancel and get your money back for your reservation.
Information must be provided by us no later than 2 days before arrival.
If we can't have the ski resort open, we offer a discounted price on accommodation (only cabins, not camping).
The guarantee does not apply to conference guests.
Can we pre-book ski rental and SkiPass?
Yes, all needs to be booked in advance. You can book ski rental and ski school through www.skidshop.se.
SkiPasses are uploaded/bought here.
We limit the number of skiers per day for a better guest experience, please upload your SkiPass in advance (a limited number of SkiPasses are sold per day).
We use Axess contactless SkiPasses. If you already have a card, it can be uploaded through our website.
If you don't have a card from Axess, it can be purchased though our online booking. You will recieve a voucher with a QR-code on your email, which you scan in our ticket machine next to the SkiPass booth.
