Here you can read the most common questions we receive regarding our online booking system for accommodation. Please contact us if you cannot find the answer to your question.

If I only see camping pitches in my search results, what does it mean?
It means that we do not have available cabins for rent on the desired dates, only camping pitches are available for rental at the choosen dates.


Why don't I see any options for accommodation on the online booking? 
  
If you do not see any accommodation options in your search, it means that we are fully booked for the dates you have specified.


Can I make a reservation online and arrive on the same day?
No, you cannot book online on the same day you want to arrive. For bookings on the same day, please contact the Reception directly. 


Can I add breakfast to my booking?

Yes, you can add breakfast. Breakfast is served as a buffet or as a breakfast basket delivered to the cabin, depending on how many bookings there are. Please contact the Reception for information specific to your booking. 


How does the payment work when I book online?
When booking online, a credit card payment of the whole amount is made at the time of the booking. The same cancellation policies apply even if the full amount has been paid at the time of booking.
