FAQ - Camping Site

Here you can read the most common questions we receive regarding our camping site. Please contact us if you cannot find the answer to your question.

Can you book specific spots at the campsite?
No, you cannot book a specific spot number in advance, only a type of spot. You choose a spot upon arrival from what's available. This allows our guests to be more flexible in extending or shortening their stay.

If we are a larger group and want spots next to each other, how do we proceed?
If you are a larger group that has booked multiple spots, the first person in the group that arrives can check-in and choose the spot numbers for the entire group. Please note that this person must let their friends through the gate when they arrive. Guests arriving later needs to contact the Reception and pay for their spots if the spot has not been paid for in advance.

Please note that we can never guarantee spots next to each other, since it's depending on which numbers that's available when you check-in.

What time is check-in/check-out at the campsite?
Check-in is guaranteed from 1:00 PM at the campsite, but depending on the availability it may be possible to check-in earlier.

Check-out is no later than 12:00. If you wish to stay longer, it's perfectly fine to park in the parking lot by the Reception during the day. Please note that you need to contact the Recpetion to register for free parking.
