FAQ - Apartments

Are pets allowed in the apartments? 
No, pets are not allowed in the apartments. We have specific cabins where pets are allowed. 

Is final cleaning included in the price of the apartments?
Yes, final cleaning is included in the price. The only thing we want you to do is take care of any dishes.

Are there laundry facilities available?  
We have a laundry room in the service building at the campground that can be booked. Bookings can be made at the reception in Isaberg Base Camp. The cost is 70 SEK for 2 hours. In the laundry room, you will find 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and a drying cabinet. The washing machines are self-dosing with detergent. 

Is there a wifi available at the resort?
There is a free WiFi called ”Isaberg free internet” available in the main building, Base Camp, cabin area and campground. It's an open network, so you don't need a password to connect. However, even though the WiFi is available, we cannot guarantee a constant connection. Occasionally, when we have many guests the network may become overloaded or you can experience weak signal for other reasons. 

Is it possible to book a specific apartment number?  
You cannot book a specific apartment number, they are assigned on the day of arrival. You have the option to make requests, which we will do our best to accomodate within the available conditions. However we can never guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. 

Is it possible to get apartments next to each other?  
We do not pre-assign apartment numbers, they are assigned on the day of arrival. You are welcome to provide preferences regarding placement, and we will do our best to accommodate these requests within the available conditions. However, we can never guarantee that you will recieve apartments next to each other.   
All of our apartments are located in the same corridor, so you are close to each other regardless of which number you recieve.

What applies if you arrive after closing?
The Reception must be notified if you arrive outside of our opening hours. This is because you will need a code to our key box to get access to your key

Can you park near the apartments?
There os a space to park by Base Camp in specific locations for the apartments. You will recieve a parking permit upon check-in to put in the window of the car.

Are there drying cabinets in the apartments?
Yes, there is a drying cabinet in each apartment.

What is in the kitchen of the apartments? 
The apartments have a small kitchenette with hotplates, microwave and fridge. There is also a kettle as well as coffee powder and tea. The larger apartment for 6 people also has a dishwasher. 

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM for the apartments, but depending on the availability it may be possible to check-in earlier.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. 

What is included when renting an apartment? 
If you rent an apartment, final cleaning and sheets and towels are included (you make the beds yourself). 2 rolls of toilet paper and dishwashing detergent is also included.   

How far is it from the apartments to the closest lift? 
The Norrliften is approximately 300 meters from the apartments.That is a T-lift so you need to have your equipment on you to be able to use the lift. 
For beginners or families with small children, we always recommend taking the car up to the ski resort, as this will take you directly to the children/beginners area. 

What TV channels do you have in the apartments?
We offer  SVT1, SVT2, Tv3, Tv4, Kanal 5, Tv6, DR 1 Denmark, DR 2 Denmark, TV 2 Denmark, SVTBarn/SVT24, Kunskapskanalen, Eurosport Germany, SAT1 Germany, CNN, Bloomberg samt Comedy Central.
